Navbar and Contact form not wokring

There is an issue with how the Navbar is built, It is transparent and fixed to the top and this makes it hard to see when scrolling over parts of the portfolio that have a black background.

I'm not sure but I think there's an issue with the component used for the contact form, the placeholder ought to move up to the border and it's not working and this is obstructing the text being typed.
