In plaform.jar version 5.3.1 the packages com.sun.jna.platform.win32.COM.util and com.sun.jna.platform.win32.COM.util.annotation are not exported in the Manifest.MF. These packages contain annotations which are required to define additional Bindings or IDispatch.

Please add these packages to the exported packages set in master/contrib/platform/build.xml.
