not using stored credentials after a mounting failed

we are using this app to distribute content to around 150 Distribution Points and running into this problem:
(using the scripting / parameter methods)
ERROR: Failed to synchronize Jamf_Sync.FileShareDp to Jamf_Sync.FileShareDp: mountingFailed
When the connection to the Distribution Point fails it won´t connect again
It only connects again when we open the app and choosing the failed distribution Point and then entering the password again.

Would be nice if the mounting failed it still remembers the credentials (cause when using that many distribution points it happens that there is one or more offline at the sync time adn entering all passwords again and restarting the sync is quite the hassle)
Also it would really help if the app doesn´t just hang when the distribution point is not accessible maybe just get on and let us sync to all the others.
