Make legend more customisable #121

At present when creating a d3-ez chart though base.js there is only position and orientation for the legend: Right and Vertical.

It would be nice to make the position of the legend (and title for that mater) customisable such that it could go Bottom/Horizontal etc.
Also, make legend border customisable, weight and colour.

The Legend is currently made up of 4 files:

legend.js
legendColor.js
legendSize.js
legendThreshold.js
