Add OpenID test for programmatic login #221

A test for this scenario:

On insecure page, user presses a login button
This executes a method on a backing bean
The method calls SecurityContect.authenticate()

Expected outcome:

The request initiated by the button ends in a redirect to the OpenID provider to authenticate, similarly to the case when the server initiates authentication after a secure resource is accessed
