安装完python3.6.12的虚拟环境后找不到msgpack-python==1.0.2和pytorch==1.3.1

我也是一样遇到，我只好msgpack-python==0.5.6 和pytorch==1.9.1 了

我改完之后python 3.6.12又出问题了
