Why all the prediction.txt is aaaaaa like this

I have the same error, do you solve this problem?

Maybe the model is not well-trained, I use the training commands in "readme", and I got the same prediction.txt full of "a". While I trained the model with cmds in "train_multi30k_de_en.sh", the accuracy is much better, but what I got is a prediction.txt file contains plenty of "as".
