Disappearing app window while losing focus

Generally it looks like convenient feature

but when you want make:
Screenshot
or Some surveillance
or comparing data - this behaviour prevent to do this.

There is " _ " - minimize button in nearest competitor - Cumulus on qt5(although the appearance of Temps is better )

I'm actually not sure what the problem is. Temps is a menubar app, only while you focusing the app, you will get your weather information.
