Autocomplite bag with cyrillic symbol 'б'

When entering cyrillic word with letter 'б' plugin replace his to comma. On the keyboard, the characters 'б' and comma are on the same key.

There's a well-known bug in underlying tag-it.js library. That's the problem because tag-it.js project also doesn't maintained anymore.
