Expected behavior:
No error on runtime

Actual behavior:
Error on runtime. In the FullReporter is an types-valid but not ansi-colors-at-version-2.0-valid error.
https://github.com/ivogabe/gulp-typescript/blob/master/lib/reporter.ts#L125 bgred is now bgRed

Summary
The types of the dependency https://github.com/doowb/ansi-colors aren't updated (Will be soon).
The types from https://www.npmjs.com/package/@types/ansi-colors aren't required anymore. (Some commits ago these are included in ansi-colors)
