As a developer, I want static analysis tools so that I can have confidence in the Kotlin that I am writing.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Detekt is added to the project
  • KTLint is added to the project
  • Both tools are run via CIA for all modules when a commit is made
  • A lint failure with either will fail a build on CI
