[ISSUE]: Freeze when pressing X to launch a disc

Describe the issue

When i using the latest development build 9cb8516 from Oct 16, 2024 i can't launch a disc.
Nothing happens it just freeze on the screen NEW DISC: reading...
If i insert the disc before i launch PS2BBL it says NEW DISC: PlayStation 2, but still nothing happens.
Even if i press eject, the status will not change.
This does not happen on version 1.2.0.
