Add star wars demo

We ask users to use the Star Wars API during the quickstart, which has the unique feature that the root object is called Root instead of Query. We should probably have a demo that shows the result of following the quickstart, so that:

• new users can see what the final result should look like (modulo package json changes)
• we can test changes and ensure they don't break the quickstart
