Thank you for reporting the issue.
In your svg file, there are g transform="matrix()" several times and this was causing the issue.
Can you tell me the software you are using to create the svg?
I pasted your svg to adobe illustrator, and then pasted it back to svg2step.
This removes the matrix function and makes the svg data simple.
