filling as an issue for discoverability in case contributors hit the same problem on PRs failing to pass CI due to this

t0054-dag-car-import-export sharness tests are not deterministic and fail sometimes:

Failure like https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/ipfs/go-ipfs/3891/workflows/b0b8495c-ca50-4434-99f6-5fc345115790/jobs/44187
happened multiple times while we worked on #7661 (unrelated to car import/export)
