ipfs pin: add ability to search/filter by name

Now that we have support for pin names (#10261), it would be great if you add the ability to search by pin name. Boxo already contains an index based on names. Even if that would not be useful, a updating the current ipfs pin ls to support an additional option (e.g. --search {keywords}) and filter the outputted pins based on it could be beneficial.

I checked what we did in remote pinning years ago, and it uses --name for filtering:

$ ipfs pin remote ls --help
[..]
--name     string - Return pins with names that contain the value provided (case-sensitive, exact match)
