- Updates ipld-explorer-components IPLD dependencies and formatters
- Fixes IPLD Explorer error: Invalid version, must be a number equal to 1 or 0 #1726
This fixes basic auth and JSON support, and fixes E2E to work with updated ipfs-provider and ipld-explorer-components.

- I switched this PR to latest
ipfs-providerandipld-explorer-componentsand fixed E2E tests - I've found a small regression in DAG-PB traversal, but filled Explore: unable to reach dag-pb leaves #1756 to track that separately
