Most IPFS websites that use Hugo build with an extremely outdated version that is incompatible with the current version, but this site uses the current version. Because our current CI servers don’t yet support having different versions of Hugo to use, tests always fail for PRs here and we can’t do continuous deployment :\

This is mainly a stub for tracking the problem in this repo. The real issue is: ipfs-inactive/dev-team-enablement#42

This was fixed in #100, so it’s no longer blocking on ipfs-inactive/dev-team-enablement#42.
