Since .NET Core 3.0 is officially out now, I'd like to add support for F# Interactive to Ionide-vim.

We'll (of course) utilize dotnet fsi instead of the one shipped with Mono.

  • Actually the FSI to be used will be able to be configured
  • Python is not needed for this feature
  • We might have to bump the requirement version of Vim to 8.1+ (Neovim unaffected)
