This is a known issue and this does not occur with manual plugin registration. Latest versions of portals require that you manually register plugins. If you're not using plugins, then you should set pluginRegistrationStrategy to .manual([]) via initializer or directly on the property in versions 0.7.x of Portals for iOS before a render attempt.
