Difficulties opening the file dialog

Hi.

If I tap on an input[type="file"] on a Samsung S3 (Android 4.3) most of the time nothing is happening. But I don't have this problem when I deactivate the preventGhostClick-function for this kind of elements.

Btw: I'm using v0.9.25.

Is it only for the file input? Do you have any issues with any other elements?

It's only for the file input. Other input elements seem to work fine.
