getPreviousTitle is sometimes wrong when there are multiple navigation stacks

In my opinion #1076 was not sufficiently solved. A mechanism was added for hiding the back button. I think it should be possible to show back button with the correct title (A step 1) when I am on the A step 2 page.

Could you create a codepen where the current functionality doesn't do what you need?

I think I understand the problem you're having, but I want to be sure I build a proper solution.

Instructions:

Click to tab2, select an item. Click Tab1 then click back to Tab2. The back button will show "Tab1" instead of "Tab2" as expected.

This is out of date with the new navigation found in beta14.
