Make mousewheel only scroll hovered content

Using the mousewheel with Ionic's Custom Scroll feature scrolls both the side menu and the main content instead of just the content that the mouse is hovered over.

I understand Ionic is mainly targeting mobile devices where the scrollwheel is not an issue, but since support for the scrollwheel has recently been added, I was hoping this bug could be fixed to make the scrollwheel option more usable.
