Removed the package id checks since they no longer make sense, apps no longer have the package in the AndroidManifest.xml, the package doesn't have to match the applicationId and the MainActivity.java doesn't need to be on the same folder structure that matches the package.
Also since I refactored the MainActivity existence check, I added a .kt check too so doctor doesn't fail if users are using kotlin instead of java.
