@mcroitor I guess you can use docker-compose exec web bash to get a shell in the container running the django project, and then use python3 manage.py createsuperuser to create a superuser with whatever password you want.

but can you provide more information about python3 manage.py initialize? This command is not supported by Django. Also is not clear how organisation team can provide problem for translating. After the task is created, it is not accessible for teams.
