[bug]: Unable to create groups and users

Describe the bug

I just wanted to create groups and users. This is proving to be very difficult as everything flickers.
Input is therefore virtually impossible and cancelling does not work either.
Editing works as usual.
Tested with Chrome 131.0.6778.109/Firefox 133.0.

To Reproduce

1. Click on Groups/Users
2. Add a group or user
3. Now you can see already that the icon choice flickers. Cancel won't hide the overlay.
4. Remove default name. Now everything flickers. No cancelling possible.

Expected behavior

Works as it did before.
