WHOIS output for second level zones

.ee registry hosts also 4 second level zones: pri.ee, fie.ee, med.ee, com.ee

These domains are according to regulation blocked from registration.
WHois output on those is problematic:

• WHOIS lists estonian internet foundation as the regsitrant and it self as a registrar for those domains. That was done to provide transparency, but that is not ok from the legislative perspective. SO we need to change it and replace the output with the one used for blocked domains
  • for example: {"disclaimer":null,"status":["Blocked"],"name":"cache.ee"}
