Is there any specific reason why we show time in EEST timezone (applies to both HTML and JSON presentations)? Wouldn't it be better to show in UTC, given the audience of WHOIS-tools?

Most whois users are from .ee so it kind of makes sense to be in local time.
Actualy we are at the moment in EET and EEST in summer.
