there is a contact_code_cache column in domain_contacts table
When is it updated and where is it used?
With referenced bug ticket #2282 about 70k records were manually updated with the contact codes of the respective contact objects because domain list request on REPP did not return contact object code for those domain records.
Main question - what is the reason and purpose of that column? there are about 3000 records in production where the code in the contact_code_cache differs from the code of the assigned contact object - looks like the cache value tends to belong to different registrar so looks transfer related
can this column be removed to avoid such issues like #2282 and potential issue of repp domain list returning incorrect contact code
