Disputed status is reset on domains with existing closed dates

Registry resets disputed statuses on domains that have closed values set and in the past.

May be related to this release: https://github.com/internetee/registry/releases/tag/211119 as the disputed statuses were reset on 21 Nov.

Was not able to reproduce this issue on staging and the fact that the status is still missing for a dispute case ended in dec 2021 shows that the reset issue might have been one time case or is resolved now.

But at the same time the DisputeStatusUpdateJob does not remove the status from the domains either even though they have closed values set and in the past
