  • Repo-Spec: add branch_deny_runtime_test 1st explanation branch_deny_runtime_test was added recently; identify it and provide a 1st description for its use. Also tweak branch_denylist description, change ", and. .." to ". Note: ..." RFC: is there a list of states/stages a branch undergoes ? A corresponding set of specs and default patterns (like the .*build-only.* added here) might encourage their use. Does this table need a "Defaults" column ?
