Is it possible to specify the archive directory? It seems it would be a good fit in conf/controller.conf.

no, so far the archive directory is hard-coded. but as you suggested, it would be good to make is configurable through conf/controller.conf.

can we tag this as a feature request? As well as making any other hard-coded dirs configurable.

all others are configurable:
"conf" can be assigned with "-Dcosbench.controller.config" or "-Dcosbench.driver.config" in java start up options.
"logs" can be assigned in controller.conf
now I just add "archive_dir" parameter for archive folder.
