Can't find Python executable "D:\Anaconda"

I have conda install in D:\Anaconda directory where the executable lies (activate while running the command)
I have set %PYTHON% variable
OS: Windows 10 Home
Python version: 3.7.6
MS VS version: 2017 Community
nvm - 11.0.0
npm- 6.4.1

Have an error in the 'npm install' command
and it is different than the one mentioned in the guide.
Was able to run task_2, but have been getting this error since task_3
