Date format causes visual inaccuracy on timeline scrollbar

The bug

In some locales (e.g. Russian) formatted date can be too long to fit in one line and it causes visual inaccuracy (I believe the blue line is supposed to be right on the cursor)

Reproduction steps

1. Upload an image
2. Set its date to Feb 2024
3. Set system locale to Russian or set datetime format in User Settings to Russian
4. Go to timeline
5. Hover over the scrollbar
