refactor: use min/max width over min/max srcset #98

The purpose of this PR is to enforce the consistent use of parameter names.
Prior to this commit, PR #97 fixed a typo in the readme concerning the use
of min_srcset and max_srcset. This PR is meant to remove the last
remaining references to this naming convention.
