/usr/lib/syslinux/bios/{syslinux,mboot,libcom32}.c32: No such file or directory

here is what I have:

root@d098c5b2071c:~/RetrOS/kernel# ls /usr/lib/syslinux
mbr  memdisk  modules

I see no matches in ubuntu's apt packages:

root@d098c5b2071c:~/RetrOS/kernel# apt-file search /usr/lib/syslinux/bios 
root@d098c5b2071c:~/RetrOS/kernel#

I found them in /usr/lib/syslinux/modules/bios/ on ubuntu eon in the syslinux-common package.
