Add where to find the host name in the docs

So it might just be me but this is my first time using umami in a nuxt app, and I had a hard time figuring out the host.

• Like what is it?
• Where to find it?
• Why is the endpoint being called in dev but not in production?

This text is just not enough to understand

Maybe adding where to find the host link in the umami dashboard could be a good addition.

I just think having a bit more information on that would be worth it and could save time to other devs
