Install trough npm

Hi, would be great if you could make it installable trough npm.
However there is a package with the same name, which will cause some confusion: https://www.npmjs.com/package/vue-calendar

I installed that one, because I thought its yours.

It isn't quite as nice to go this route, but you can install it via
npm install git+ssh://[email protected]:ihanyang/vue-calendar.git
in the meantime.
