As a Professor
I want to define an activity
So that I can assess students’ learning

Acceptance criteria:

There must be a course page
There must be a way to go to course page from my courses page
There must be a way to create a new activity
There should be a way to go to activity page from activities
There should be a way to tag activities
A github repository should be created when the activity is created
