The migration

add_index :users, :enabled

The error I'm getting:

TypeError: no implicit conversion of Symbol into Hash

Why specs don't work

Remove index is tested by passing an index name as argument, but this is not the only supported use case and it is not the average use case.

We should test that adapter.remove_index table, :test pass
