Description

Periodically, and frequently during onsite meetings, possible duplicate Datatracker accounts are discovered. Before using the merge person tool it is usually necessary to contact the account owner(s) to confirm the accounts are for the same person. It would be nice to have a button on the merge person page that sends this email to the appropriate addresses. Should reply-to be the admin user? Some other address?

Should reply-to be

support@ I think.
The message should have enough in it to help the support route it to someone who can do the merge (and we would be counting on the message being quoted in the reply).

I'm open to other approaches, but that's my first suggestion.
