Description

Our directorate has started using Slack for coordination. It would be very useful to have data tracker notify the channel when:

Reviews are suggested by the AD
Reviews are assigned
Reviews are completed

It might be a good idea use something like RSS for this rather than slack specific hooks. Slack has a RSS plugin.
