From Mark Nottingham:

Right now it seems like the directorate review tool suggests drafts as they enter last call, or when they're specifically suggested.
Is there any way it could list a draft upon adoption? It's much more useful for my directorate to review drafts early, not at LC.

We could build suggesting any document that becomes a wg document and make it an option for a directorate to get these suggestions.

Similarly, it'd be useful for documents that are AD-sponsored.
