Review team reviews before IETF LC should be Early Reviews, but chairs are sometimes mislead to request IETF LC reviews.

Would it be enough to change http://localhost:8000/admin/name/reviewtypename/lc/change/ from "Last Call" to "IETF Last Call" or "IETF LC"?
