Description

Currently, the per-area "about" pages are pretty useless, c.f., http://127.0.0.1:8000/area/art/about/

Suggest to also have a list of active (and maybe past?) WGs, directorate info, etc. available here. We could then link to them more widely instead of using the long "all WGs" URL everywhere (e.g., http://127.0.0.1:8000/wg/#int)
