The RFC Editor is providing information in queue2.xml about whether the RFC Editor is awaiting ad approval for some part of processing a given draft. When

<awaiting_ad_approval>yes</awaiting_ad_approval>

appears in an entry, a visible indication should appear on the relevant AD's dashboard for that draft.

Of course, the indication should go away when the the value is no or the draft no longer appears in queue2.xml
