Scroll to top button for items

Description:
We currently have a load more results bar. There should be a button that stays somewhere around the results bar that should appear after the user presses load more once. This will be used to figure out a final design for ZotNFound regarding how to load new results.

Idea (feel free to make this look and feel however you like):
The button should have low opacity if there is no mouse hover or no one clicked it yet.
If a cursor hovers above, the opacity can be back to a 100

Goals:

• A scroll back to top button for the results

Something similiar to the design below, don't have to copy exactly this

Acceptance Criteria:

• Button only shows up when user scroll down
• When button is clicked, scroll up the the most top item card
