Summary

We want to implement our custom time picker especially since the UX with svelty-picker isn't for everyone. It also seems difficult to customize minute intervals, since we want the minute increment to be 15 minutes (1 block length).

Here's the current implementation of the time picker.

We still have yet to design our own one.
