Description:
I'm assuming failures like this one are related to usage of invalidated GitHub Token.
Replaced the old auth mechanism with GitHub App Tokens. Hopefully it's correct, cause I'm not sure how to test it before merging.
Experimental: I've also moved removing team prior to requesting review from members. We've noticed issues with this workflow such as when someone reviews PR, the review is not properly displayed on the "Reviewers" side bar. I'm guessing
GHis doing sequential API calls and maybe removing team after requesting each team member messes up review requests for a PR. Just an educated guess.
