suggestion: Setup connection with multiple pathways to nas.

Saw this on Transdrone for Android, and qnap android utilities. 
They allow to set 2 ways to connect to transmission on the home nas: lan ip and 
cloud url.

the connection would have both lan ip (192.168xxx) and cloud ip (home ip or url)

Transmission Gui could ping the nas on the lan (wait <1sec) and if get a 
response then use that connection. if not then try cloud connection to nas with 
supplied url.

Great for auto-connection if traveling or at home.
